Grateful to Give Back
Every year as a company, we sit down and dedicate funds to support causes close to our collective Girlilla hearts. Thank you to our clients and partners who give fuel to this initiative by hiring us. We are grateful and thankful to give back and are honored to highlight some amazing organizations. Read more about the organizations we chose below.
“I choose kind of the same things every year, but I love Music Health Alliance, CMA Foundation, Oasis Center, and Kristin Chenoweth’s Arts and Education Fund. The reason why I pick all of these charities is because they fit into life categories that everyone should have access to in regards to healthcare, housing, the arts, and music education, which are very important to me and to everyone who is connected to me professionally.” -Jennie
“I chose Healing Housing. They provide a stable home and community to local women who have completed drug and alcohol treatment and help equip them with the necessary to get back out into the world.” -Ashley
“I chose to donate to Tracy Lawrence’s Mission Possible. We’ve seen firsthand the impact it’s had on the Middle Tennessee homeless community, and once you watch a team of hundreds of people fry thousands of turkeys, you would want to give your money to them too.” -Stevie
“I chose the ACLU because of the amazing work they do, especially in an election year. It’s really important that we all have equal access and opportunity to vote, and they do incredible work to make sure that happens.” -Lindsey
“I chose The Aloe Family because they support children and families facing poverty by providing such things as essential learning skills and basic necessities.” -Conley
“I chose Wags and Walks Nashville. They are a non-profit that helps rescue pups from pretty hopeless situations. They helped rescue my dog Beckham. I love all that they do and all that they stand for." - Alex
“My choice is Daystar Counseling Ministries. They are a counseling and therapy ministry that offers payment on a sliding scale, which provides access to lifesaving care to parents and kids who may not be able to afford it otherwise.” -Gigi
“I chose Thistle Farms because they are a local non-profit that provides women survivors of trafficking and addiction with free housing, healthcare, and a meaningful job.” -Maddie
“My choice is Grace Place. They run a program that gives mothers the tools and resources they need to rehabilitate and live independently while providing them and their children with a safe place to live.” -Catherine
“My choice is Friends Life. They are a local organization that gives individuals with disabilities opportunities, connection, and support to flourish in the community.” -Haley
“I chose Insulin For Life, which provides insulin and diabetes management supplies to individuals with diabetes who would otherwise go without.” -Kate
“I chose to donate to the Pet Community Center because I believe everyone needs a furry friend in their life.” -Taylor
