Jennie began her career in the mid-1990s working for Elektra Entertainment, Spivak-Sobol Entertainment, Disney’s Hollywood Records and more. In the early 2000s, she moved to YAHOO! Music as Director of Marketing and Promotion which eventually led her to move to Nashville to work for Warner Bros. Records’ New Media Department and then as Clear Channel’s Senior Director of Content and Marketing. In January of 2008, Jennie launched Girlilla Marketing, which will celebrate 15 years in 2023.
Jennie is honored to serve on the boards of Country Music Association (2023 President-Elect), CMA Foundation (2019 Chair Person, 2022 Chair Person) and Music Health Alliance. She is also a former board member of Academy of Country Music, and a graduate of Leadership Music (class of 2010- best class ever!).
Jennie has been featured in AP, Billboard, Fast Company, People, HITS, The Tennessean and is grateful to be included in the 2022 Music Row, Rising Women on the Row and for 3+ years as a recipient of the Nashville Business Journal’s Women in Music City Awards.

Ashley has been with Girlilla Marketing since the company first opened its doors in 2008. 15 years later, Ashley specializes in organizing client’s digital ecosystem into a streamlined strategy that targets both marketing objectives and engagement. She is an accomplished leader and has appeared on multiple panels, podcasts, and events to share learnings and contribute to the larger digital marketing community.
Ashley is a graduate of Belmont University’s Mike Curb College of Entertainment & Music Business. She is currently taking part in Leadership Music’s Class of 2023 and is an active member of SOURCE and Digital Divas. She is also a SOLID and Women’s Music Business Association alumna, a voting member of the Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music and was also included in Music Row’s Next Big Thing Directory in 2021.

Stevie joined Girlilla Marketing at its inception and has been implementing innovative digital marketing strategies, developing creative content concepts and overseeing on-the-ground activations for over a decade. With a degree in Music Business from Middle Tennessee State University and previous stops at Broken Bow Records, Lyric Street Records and various management companies, she brings an array of insight and experience to her diverse client roster. From Maddie & Tae to Darius Rucker, she provides a unique, enthusiastic and hands on approach to ensure fans remain engaged and numbers continue to grow.
She has appeared on many industry panels, contributed to various news features is a member of the Academy of Country Music, Country Music Association, and Digital Divas. She was chosen as one of HitsDailyDouble’s Noisemakers and selected for Music Row’s 2022 Next Big Thing Industry Directory. Fun fact: Stevie is the voice behind Girlilla Marketing’s 10 year celebration video!

Lindsey joined Girlilla Marketing in May of 2017 after graduating from Vanderbilt University. Before joining the team, Lindsey explored the world of digital marketing and fan engagement with internships at the Country Music Association, Borman Entertainment, and Black River Entertainment.
Lindsey serves as a mentor for CMA EDU students and is proud to be a member of the Academy of Country Music, Country Music Association, and Digital Divas. She has appeared on many panels for students aspiring to work in digital marketing and the music industry at-large. Lindsey was recently selected for Music Row’s 2023 Next Big Thing Music Industry Directory.

After graduating from Belmont University, Conley joined the team full time in June of 2017. She also deepened her interest in marketing through deploying initiatives for various local businesses. Alex joined the Girlilla Marketing team in July of 2017 after gaining experience working with the American Marketing Association (AMA) and Average Joe’s Entertainment. Her research-based marketing projects at the AMA sparked her interest in digital marketing and she relocated to Nashville to pursue that passion shortly after. Alex is a proud member of SOLID, the Academy of Country Music and Country Music Association and is a graduate of Valdosta State University.

A graduate of Belmont University, Alli Murray joined Girlilla Marketing in 2020. She brings with her digital marketing experience from KP Entertainment, Red Light Management and an independent venue in London. She is passionate about her clients and finding new ways to propel them forward, specifically with new tour marketing tactics and content roll out strategies. Alli is a member of SOLID and currently serves on the communications committee.

Kate joined the Girlilla Marketing team in May 2022, after graduating from Belmont University. During her time at Belmont she co-founded a student organization called Music Row Promo, which connects students and professionals to workshop music industry related marketing projects.
Prior to joining the Girlilla team, Kate spent a year gaining experience in digital marketing at Q Prime South and two years working part-time at Ocean Way Nashville Studios. She currently serves as Co-Director of Digital for Young Entertainment Professionals (YEP) Nashville.
